
Marathon Training at 9th Gear Fitness Club is structured in a systematic 4 day a week procedure.
The first two days are indoors and take care of strength and conditioning of the mist important muscle groups that is core and lower back. A strong Trunk ie core and lower back is the primary requisite of being a cyclist, swimmer, sportsperson or marathon runner. We provide fully equipped Functional Training sessions to fulfill the same.
Outdoor training comprises short run on the first day followed by long run on the second.
Eventually we will also focus on different terrains and intercity runs to challenge your endurance and take it to another level
