WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
Crossfit is ‘ Physical Exercise Philosophy ‘ & also a Competitive Sport.
It is a fitness regimen invented/created by Greg Glassman.
Crossfit Workouts are amalgamation of various elements such as High-Intensity Internal Training (HIIT), Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Training, Plyometrics, Gymnastics, Girevoy Sport (Kettlebell Sport), Calisthenics, Strongman.
Workouts are Programmed and customized based on Strength, Power, Endurance, Aerobic Capacity/Cardio, Mobility, Agility, Flexibility etc.
It is good for getting Ripped & Fit at the Sametime.
But not a Great way to put on Muscle Mass
